Branching out to rubber stamps

After realizing that ordering custom rubber stamps for my business would be more costly than I wanted to spend, I decided to explore the process myself. How hard could it be? I was able to locate sheets of rubber online and spent some time watching videos on the best methods to produce quality stamps. It took a few tries, but I feel like I am now on my way to nailing down the process for future projects. The one major thing I did learn is that working with rubber in my Glowforge laser cutter is a messy process. I have to pull out the shop-vac, compress air and alcohol wipes when I’m done to clean up. Other than that, I’m happy with the results and look forward to making more.
