As summer settles over Florida like a warm campfire glow, we’ve been taking a moment in the workshop to look back at the incredible first half of 2026. Between sawdust storms, laser beams, late-night design sessions, and countless conversations at festivals and markets, this year has already become one for the storybooks.

Most importantly, none of it would have happened without you.

From the very first event of the season to our recent spring festivals, the support we’ve received from customers, collectors, fellow artists, and fantasy-loving wanderers has been nothing short of amazing.

Every purchase, every social media share, every kind conversation at our booth, and every returning customer has helped O'Kelley Designs continue growing into something truly special. Seeing people connect with our handcrafted creations, whether it’s Celtic-inspired decor, cryptid collectibles, whimsical gifts, or laser-engraved keepsakes, reminds us why we started this journey in the first place.

This year has already brought unforgettable moments:

Next Stop: The Great Florida Bigfoot Conference

June is bringing something legendary.

We’re excited to announce that O'Kelley Designs will be participating in the Great Florida Bigfoot Conference in Ocala this June 13th, and we could not be more ready to embrace the cryptid chaos.

If you love:

…then this event is basically a campground for your soul.

We’ll be bringing a huge selection of our cryptid-themed creations, including:

• Festival-exclusive designs

• New creations making their debut in Ocala

The workshop has been running at full steam preparing for this one. Somewhere between the smell of burnt wood and the hum of the laser engraver, Bigfoot apparently signed off on the collection himself. Allegedly.

July on the Waterfront: Sponge Docks Craft Festival

After our cryptid expedition into Ocala, we’ll be heading back toward the Gulf Coast for one of our favorite summer events: the Sponge Docks Craft Festival this July 11th & 12th.

There’s something magical about the Sponge Docks atmosphere in summer:

• Sea breezes drifting through the streets

• Music echoing along the waterfront

• Amazing local food

• Handmade art around every corner

• A mix of coastal charm and old Florida character

We always love bringing our work to Tarpon Springs because the artistic spirit of the area feels right at home with what we create. Celtic-inspired designs, nautical influences, fantasy themes, and handcrafted woodwork all seem to belong naturally among the docks and shops of this historic community.

For the July festival, we’ll be unveiling:

• New coastal-inspired engraved pieces

• Fresh layered wood artwork

• Fantasy and folklore decor

• Gift-ready summer creations

• Returning customer favorites
